Really good bookstore. Also offer a wide variety of magazines. Good service. Very friendly and helpful. The cafe has good food, good deserts and great coffee.

People seem friendly and can be helpful. There are not enough spots with outlets in the cafe area.
They've no respect for their customers (or products) as some of their products and books are "displayed" on the floor, underneath book tables and under lower shelves on the end of the bookcases.
Great peaceful environment. Love going here. All of the staff is happy to help you find whatever you need. They also take great care in the cleanliness of the whole store, very impressive. The starbucks inside is also really nice, and has great service as well. 10/10 recommend!
