Talk about liars wow!!!! So funny that not even one month after I pay almost 400 Dollars for a repair I end up having the same problem again. Wow care about your customers not your money. Shows how hard it is to find a reliable mechanic here in Waterloo... If you want to pay 500 dollars for a fix and have it happen again in 24 hours corkys is the place to go!!! I'm visiting family from out of state and noticed a humming noise coming out of my power steering. Called Corkys and they were able to get me in that day. Great service, friendly people. Would go full time for auto service if I lived near by.
Terrible service. Had some young kid that obviously didn't know what he was doing work on my vehicle. Took it back it wasn't right. Same kid work on it again n say nothing is wrong. Has a miss, n tune up was done, muffler plugged and said they replaced cat. Paid $1000 for what? Just want your money exactly why it has to be cash only.
I have been taking my truck to Corky's for probably 2 or 3 years now. My fiance has started taking her car their within the past 2 years. Coworkers of mine and even friends we suggested them to always come back with nothing but good things to say. The staff is knowledgeable, quick, and prices are fair. This is a local establishment that does great work without price gauging you. If you go to a chain like Tuffy's they will look for anything and everything that could need replaced within the next 18 months and try to get you to pay to have it fixed today. That is the difference. The staff at Corky's is here to earn and keep you as a customer. While chain establishments just try to get the easy upfront profit out of you right now.
