Horrible place I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! Both the receptionists and the male doctor I had were extremely rude and a bit unprofessional to be honest. The dentist stated I had a tiny cavity on my back tooth on each side. I came in to get it "fixed" he drilled a HUGE hole in my tooth and drilled soo deep, that he almost hit the nerve. Come to find out, I never even actually had a cavity!! So he pretty much destroyed my tooth for nothing! He didn't even want to numb it either. My child became sick and I called from the ER phone to reschedule my appointment I had with them and the snotty receptionist put down I was a no call no show. Another time I arrived to my appointment early and their systems were down so I had to wait around 20 minutes before they were back up and running to sign me in..Just for them to snottly tell me I was "late" and they wouldn't take me, that I'd have to schedule for a different time. Even though I had been sitting in the waiting room the whole time. Then one of the last times I went in, I sat and waited for over an hour just for them to say "oh two of our chairs are broken and we don't know when they'll be working. You can either sit and wait or go". Obviously I'm not going to sit there all day and because I didn't, the snotty receptionist put me down as not showing up to my appointment again! Then they had the audacity to send me a letter telling me that because I no showed so many appointments that I wasn't allowed to come in for 6 months or a year which was ridiculous because THEY had purposely documented me as no show, even though it was their fault! I called and asked to talk to a manager/supervisor MANY MANY MANY times, leaving numerous messages and asked to be contacted back. NEVER once did I get a call back or response. Very very unprofessional. Most of the people who work there should either be unemployed or lose their lincese.. at least in the dental department. I swear it's botched
Dr ishal very bad dr. Worst i have ever seen very unprofessional rude down right mean. Didnt care at all. Was very close to walking out. I think she may be a terrorist and am not joking at all
Okay this review is for taking my daughters to the convenient care there. Okay so first I've been going to people's for years and I will tell you that my regular pediatric doc is great and that the only reason I'm giving two stars, I've taken my kids and my self here for years and I visited the clinic for my one daughters ear infection and the other girls had the flu. I was doing intake with a nurse and she asked me when one of my daughters had a last appointment, I told her about a year ago, and she tried to tell me she must be behind on her visits because I've not been in for a year, like I was neglectful or something?? I was like wth, no!!! My daughter get a physical every year and if she's sick I bring her here!!! On top of just tring to make me a negligent mother, I was like wow you don't even know me!!! And you should have electronic records of our visits!!! Crazy I've been treated alwful in this town and I'm sick of it!! Working poor, taking care of my family, over scrutinize by these people here. Like it was a life or death situation!!
Seemed welcoming at first people are nice . I went in to see a phsyciatrist to treat my adhd . I am from out of state and needed to re-evaluate for my meds . I told her what i needed on two occasions and she refused to give me what i needed for my adhd and she gave me antidepressants instead . She was very rude and unprofessional and misdiagnosed my needs.Honestly was the worst doc I have ever had in my life.hope this helps
We have been taking our boys to People's Clinic since they were discharged from the NICU after being born. The great doctors from Peoples Clinic were the ones that rotated through the NICU and took such great care (as well as the awesome Allen nurses) of our boys. When asked were we were going to doctor upon discharge we decided on Peoples Clinic and have been very satisfied with all the doctors there. Nurses return our calls, doctors call us back after hours to answer questions, and even after 10 years the office staff, nurses and doctors remember us from the baby years. We are happy with our choice to continue our care at People's Clinic.
