Our furnace quit working suddenly on 11/15 and of course it happened the day before we were to go out of town. We called Gubbels on Monday morning and Chase came out and arrived before 9:00, he was able to identify the problem almost immediately. Unfortunately for us we had a major breakdown, Chase explained the problem in terms that we understood and clearly explained our options. We decided to replace are current (but broken) high efficient furnace with a new one vs making the repair. The guys that installed were amazing too. Everything was done that day, and they cleaned up like they were never there, and we were able to leave on time for our trip. Thank you Chase and team, definately a 10 in my book.
My heat went out this past Saturday. Dennis was here to fix it. He had to make a few calls to get the needed part. Since it was not only a weekend but a holiday weekend he worked magic, as all Gubbels employees do and got my heat working again. Gubbels has been the only company I have turned to for my heating/air. They have never let me me down! This company is reliable, dependable, courteous, clean and efficient.
Tech was very professional and did a timely and skilled inspection. They also call you beforehand and let you know they are soon to be available to come to your home which helps a lot. Would use again.
