Looking to terminate with Allstate after being lied to by this agent's office. I was told when I updated my policy that I would not be charged for a certain month and these are the exact words " Looks like you get a month for free because billing won't begin until the next month" and then I receive a notice from Allstate for a pending bill. Is this how Allstate does business? Beware buyers!
Have had Allstate for years and dealt with this office and have had nothing but good experience.. Those in this office are awesome!!!
