Our daughter and son in law went to Kelly at Roth after having a bad experience at a chain jewelry store. Kelly went above and beyond to help the young couple get exactly what they wanted and couldn't have been nicer and more understanding. I currently live in Chicago. Last week, I noticed that I had lost the diamond from my setting and couldn't find it. Fortunately, it was insured and I was travelling to Waterloo to visit my family the next day. I spoke with the manger, Kevin, on the phone and stopped by Roth's as soon as I was in town. He showed me a comparable diamond (which was actually even higher quality than the original) and explained the process to get the new diamond and the setting repaired. Two days later, Kevin called me and let me know that my ring was finished and that I could take it back to Chicago with me. It looks brand new and I even teared up when I put it back on my finger-it took me right back to my wedding day! It is truly as beautiful as it was when we bought it! (When we picked up my ring, my mother also got her ring cleaned and the prongs checked in just a few minutes. Her ring also looks brand new!)
Seventeen years ago, my husband and I purchased our wedding rings from Roth Jewelers. When we bought it, the process was explained to us and we were not rushed or pushed into buying anything other than what we wanted. I was able to look at and try on various styles to see what was most "like me". I LOVE my ring and had a wonderful experience purchasing it.
