I just went to the Waterloo ia location to get several gallons of paint, the sign on the door says they open at 10 and its 11:30 no one was in the store lights still off and the doors were locked. They lost out on the business.
I just returned home from errands, including a scheduled stop to chat with Michelle at the Waterloo Sherwin-Williams store about choosing the colors for our new condo. She is an expert, easy to talk to and work with, and the color samples were very helpful. I walked out with a lot of ideas and options, and she encouraged me to come back as I narrow down my choices. I recommend that you call to see if you can chat with someone, especially if you have very detailed questions or need a lot of help.
