First time never needing a tow while living in Waterloo, and they were extremely helpful in my time of need. Tow was very reasonably priced. I will definitely use their towing service again, if I ever need a tow again!
Had a vehicle towed they put it on a flatbed and when either loading or unloading they completely screwed up the rearend and they did not even attempt to make it right called to complain and all they did was argue to make it seem like it wasnt their fault
Horrible customer service. I have never experienced a business speak so rudely to a customer. They will never get my business again
I really hate doing this because I own a business and don't like when people leave me negative reviews without a chance to make it right with them. I called at 9 am and they said they'd put me on a list and call when they were on their way. I called back at 4:45pm to see if they were still coming today and they "don't have anything written down". I asked if they could do anything for me to make it right and was promptly told no.
