I began as a tenant with Martin years ago and now use them as a property management company for my own rentals. I have always been impressed with their rapid response rate. It is a great company and you would be lucky to do business with them.
Very easy going property managers. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Never had a single issue dealing with them. After dealing with difficult property managers in the past, I'll be sticking with Martin Realtors for any renting in the waterloo/cedar falls area.
The only complaint I could make is that the "convenience fee" for paying with a debit card over the online portal is a little much. But its easily avoidable using one of the many other optional payment methods.
What a great find! We've been with Martin Realtors for almost five years now, and we just cannot fault the service they provide: both professional and friendly (and at a fair price!). Everyone we've dealt with has been lovely (though Christine deserves a special mention) and I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a property management company.
The process to rent a house was simple; I was able to take a tour of the house freely and got approval within a week of applying. The maintenance requests are efficient and effective.
