I cannot complain. The food tasted great and the service was very friendly and attentive.
Service is good. People are friendly. However. Each time I go they manage to get something wrong with my order. Potatoes cold. Meat not cooked right. Something.
Slow service and had to remind the waiter multiple times about drink refills . For some reason he maybe thought someone else was going to bring them when we asked him . Took almost an hr to get our appetizers n then food came 5 mins later
This is without a doubt the worst apple-bees i have ever been too. Now i am not going to write a hate review, so i going to do what was good and than tell you what was bad. The food was hot when we got it and we got seated very quickly and got our first drink order in right away, but that pretty much sums it up. When our drinks were out we didn't get our second drinks until after we got our food, because mostly the person aka the bartender was sitting talking with another coworker and not working. We didn't even place order to waitress we had to order through one of the small handle held machines. That is due to the fact 3 of the waiters were actually working really hard and the others were screwing around, very unprofessional. Now the two hostess and the bartender were both or all being distracted from one girl talking and screwing around and not doing her job. When guests came in to get seated she was leaned up near the hostess desk and looking at a menu and not even contributing to even wanting to help. Manager finally stepped in and made the hostess go do something, but what is funny she did nothing to the one girl who wasn't doing her job. This apple-bees needs some serious professional help, i understand now why it was dead when we walked in, and that is due to the poor and lack of costumer service.
Was very disappointed as a long standing customer ! Service starting off was very poor. Waitress by the name of "Skye" was unfriendly, rude and had a smart mouth. As I watched this waitress interact with other customers I also noticed the same horrible service. I witnessed the dissatisfaction of others as she spoke to them with a cold attitude. My grandmother who was treating my wife and I to dinner was also upset as the waitress took our order she got smart with her also. My grandmother, said " I would like my burger well done" waitress Skye stated "all of our burgers are well done ." Only to send a burger medium done back to the table. Extremely dissatisfied and will NEVER COME BACK with my family again! This is why I spend money to eat at upscale restaurants. Money not well spent here today. The manager did take 10.00 off of meal. Also the waitress "Skye" spent more time attending to friends at another table .
