Management cares about the residents.Function facilities available.Friendly neighbors. Good maintenance and upkeep
Very bad place to live. Rent to high maintenance sucks. The manager's are not professionals.
A lot of the mobile homes are in definite need of attention. I'm just guessing but there must be a lot of rentals. Management should be a little more stricter or have strong guidelines on the owners keeping up their rental properties.
