In middle/high school this was the spot to hang after school and weekends! Sadly that's not the case anymore....stores have left and nothing is taking their place! They have a sweet arcade in there now, a train and pretty nice play area for the kids! You can still get what you came for from.the selection of stores, just used to be a lot better!
There are barely enough stores to call this a shopping mall. Don't know what the manager of Crossroads Mall is thinking. The manager may want to consider lowering the rent to attract & keep businesses or plan a future with a deserted or vacant mall. It would be smarter to have more stores paying half the rent than to have a few stores paying full rent. As it is Crossroads Mall has no vibrancy, few customers & zero long range plans to stay current, let alone open.
Went for panties at Gordmans and the racks were to close together and over filled also in organized, wasted an hour if my time trying to find a simple pair of black in my size but had to surf each tracks cause nothing in order. The Victoria secret had tons of employees working for the holidays and were busy but their sections were so messy that it was obvious 100s if hands had been all over the garments gross. I went in willing to buy a20$ pair of panties, left not even having at other merchandise because the place was not clean or up to its reputation. Major fail tether I just left knowing the other stores would water my time as well. Only mall live ever been that every employee are lazy and the place is dirty. Grade..d-
Old navy used to be in the mall. One of my favorite. The mall should hold more fun free events to attract people. It’s sad that we have a huge mall, and it’s not taken care of.
I like that there’s a lot of stores and restaurants at the mall and around it. But for some reasons, it seems dead. I noticed lately, some businesses are down.
WOW... Enjoyable, with many great stores. Rather surprised that it was not extremely overcrowded for this time of the year. Don't get me wrong, lots of ppl; but, not a's & elbows. Will totally be visiting quite often considering how safe I felt.
