This isn't my favorite Hy-Vee store, the prices are generally higher here than at crossroads, but it's more convenient for quick trips.
But I don't trust the pharmacy. Made so many mistakes and always have an excuse.
Terrible pharmacy. Inconsiderate. Unfriendly. Never smile. Not just the pharmacy. The whole store.
Clean and spacious store. Trendy cheese and deli bar. Bakery dept. has assorted breads and sweets. Personnel generally very friendly. Nice selection of cooked foods in the small already prepared eatery section- (Variety of cultural cuisines for purchase). General store merchandise consists of a variety of items for purchase. Parking is adequate with some handicap accessible parking closer to store entrance. It does have a pharmacy and urgent care clinic in the Cedar Falls Hy-Vee located on University Avenue. Veridian Credit Union is also located inside the store for banking. There is postal service at the customer service center for mailing letters, or parcels. Outside you may also return cans and bottles at the redemption center.
Usually Hy-Vee has been very helpful with price's and what I need, need a little more variety in some areas, please get some lemon or lime flavored Alka Seltzer, everyone can't stomach plain or the cherry flavored, just a suggestion from a fairly satisfied customer.
Great store is a lot smaller and doesn’t near have the organic/all natural section that the Hy-Vee in Cedar Falls has. Otherwise has a decent deli here and you can get a not to expensive bouquet of flowers for your girl here or yourself ..
The employees are great, always friendly and helpful.
