I love the Lox Bagel. Went to get 'my fix' last night around 6:30 pm but they were closed. No one there today, either, apparently. What is going on? Are you out of business already?!? -- or maybe staffing issues? Service seems to be hit and miss. I hope you come back soon.
My experience started out as the cashier acting like she has somewhere better to be and it only got worse from there. We ordered 3 bagels and that's it. Pretty simple order. 15 minutes later we were wondering if we were ever going to get our food because we were one of few people in the restaurant. We went up there to ask and the guy went and looked for our order. It had been sitting on a shelf getting cold for about 10 minutes. It didn't seem like this was a shock because the other people that were in the restaurant came up behind it and noticed the same thing. Our orders were wrong and so were everyone else's in there at the time. This was our second time being there and the service was exactly the same. We will not be returning again.
Service was quick and the coffee is excellent. The green chili bagel was great.
Great environment perfect for meeting friends for coffee. The bagles and the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic but the iced chai latte was subpar.
