The last 3 times I have been here i have had the worst experiences. First my good was cold. When I returned the next day to get my new order the lady at the drive thru window slammed the window on me before I could finish what I was trying to order in the first place. Then she slammed it again when I asked to speak to a manager. The next time they had ran out of what i ordered and waited alsmost20 minutes to inform me of this. Makes me not want to come back.
Little slow in getting my order. But the hot fresh French fries were worth it! I just would like them to reduce the amount of salt they put on the fries!
As a McDonald's employee elsewhere, each time I choose this particular McDonald's, as it is closest to my home, it is absolutely dreadful. Service, food, and drink. Once I had to take my iced drink back inside and ask for ice because I was given a warm, clear cup. Another time, I sat at the window waiting to pay while the employees had a conversation, another time sat at the speaker waiting to order for at least two minutes. Nobody said anything, so I pulled around to the window to find the employeees all asking one another whose headset is dead. Nobody asked to take my order, even after I had expressed frustration. This McDonald's is a joke, and probably a health hazard as well. Do not recommend, these people seem to be dumber than dumb. Xo.
Food always COLD a lot of yelling back to the grill area from the person overseeing the food coming out you can hear them from the seating area up near the front windows. Don't bother making a special order I'd say 1 out of 10 have been made correctly. This all falls back on in house management I think.
Clean environment. Fast and fresh food. Always put customers first. Great management. Best thing is its cheaper than cedar falls mickey ds!! Go there whenever want a fast, fresh, convenient meal at great prices!!
