I still am very confused about how we received completely different color & patterned ties than what we thought we selected. Unfortunately we had to pay for retail ties to get the color we wanted. Eden did work really hard to get them in fast & a deal. She even took care of issues very quickly and professionally when sizes came in wrong. I feel like the employees are top-notch . The company just needs to figure out the logics of the orders better.

They did horrible! It's like none of the employees know how to read a tape measure. I went in to get measured three times for my brothers wedding and three times they got it wrong. Not just my tux but all six of ours. They do a really bad job of listening to you and communicating! Nobody informed me that my tux was ready. When I went in again, this is time four now to get remeasured for my jacket which I needed to be ready in a couple days I was told that they were unsure about calling me when it was ready. The employee I was working with stated " I can't promise anything I go on vacation that day so I won't be here". Had to call them myself to see if my jacket was ready. Had them read the measurements over the phone just to comfirm everything and it was still wrong. When I came in to get it tailored all of the employees were rude. It was the worst costumer service I had ever received.
This place turned out to be our worst nightmare! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would! Starting with the wrong color shoes for the groom and all the groomsmen and then finding out that 4 different groomsmen had seams in their pants that weren't sewn up at all leaving a 3 1/2-5 inch gap in their crotch!!! Very poor service leading up to massive confusion and groomsmen sewing up The Men's Warehouse's mistakes 30 minutes before the wedding! Paying hundreds of dollars for each tux and ending up with this kind of service, poor workmanship and confusion, absolutely ended up ruining my little brother's moment!!! Definitely will not refer them to anyone at all!!!!!!
Place is terrible, and way overpriced, the wedding I was in got the suits there and they messed just up about the all the party’s suits. Also the customer service is the worst, the works don’t help out one bit at all and are very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone
