don't f****** go to Waterloo Victoria's Secret they aldont know what the hell they are doing they tell me I can't use my $15 off reward card when I spent a s*** ton of money at your store. Dont have an attitude with me. I'll have one right back. Please shop at cedar falls. Yes it may be out of the way but at least they know what they are doing.
The manager at the Waterloo location is awful. Very rude and not easy to work with. I had a return and she refused to help me, it was their Mason City locations fault. I went to Cedar Falls location and they were absolutely terrific. I will be sure to make the extra drive to Cedar Falls or until this manager is gone.
