There are no actual sleep specialists I was able to talk to here. There is a doctor's name on your report, but the staff indirectly discourages communication with the doctor. (no stars) Very bare bones operation. Staff are caring and professional except for the example above. (4 stars) Appointments are hard to get in the area because there are very few places in town to do a sleep study. Get an appointment and then get on a cancellation list right away. I took my wait time for an an appointment from 3 months away to the same day. Be flexible. The respiratory therapists in the Allen Medical Equipment office are great in getting you hooked up to your machines and finding the right mask for you. They went above and beyond for me. (5 stars)
