One of the managers are terrible at their job. As i walk into the store, she sees me walk in and tells me I cant be in the store . I went another day maybe a week later with my ID so i can show her then she saids "You have to be a parent" and then she called the security gaurd on us.
At Home is my favorite place to stop at when I'm in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. They have a HUGE selection with great prices!!
Store is amazing, huge selection and good prices and amazing sale prices. Check out clerk was not very sociable but ok
I brought in a coupon for 15% off. Staff on duty refused to honor the coupon, although it did not have an expiration date. This fact in itself wouldn't be that big of a deal, however, the staff member on duty with the long, grey hair was VERY rude when I asked her why my coupon wasn't being accepted. She became very angry, and started raising her voice! Completely unacceptable.
I walk into the Waterloo store and 2 minutes in I spot an upside down Christmas tree. I was thinking about buying this tree for my sister and I was absolutely astonished by this sight. Then the manager came down and kicked me out because I was bewildered by this tree. I was greeted with a lot of hostility, I hope no one is ever treated like this again.
