It would have been five star if they stayed open past 8 p.m. I actually like everything about the store other than they're ours. I work many hours and it is next to impossible to get into the store.
Found all the items I was shopping for! Another added bonus was there were an appropriate number of checkout counters open! Didn't have to wait long. Sometime there is only one open.......then I leave! Today I was a happy camper! Thank you#
Went shopping with a friend who's in a wheelchair. When racks of material were too close to go between, the clerk just said "your wheelchair must be too wide for the aisle." She made no attempt to assist my friend in getting to material to find what she wanted. Oh & the wheelchair was a small size.
They don't hide why they close Sunday and I have much respect for that. If you want to shop in a nice place with nice staff then you'll like this place.
Not only 1 employee but 3, including a manager, were incredibly rude and had no customer service skills what so ever. I wasn't asking for anything for free, I was just wondering why the online price was different than the in store price. Given that the online ad specifically said WILL NOT SEPARATE. But in store they were separated. The cashier took the items from me and threw them. I found it all very unacceptable I will never go to this location again.
Hard to find a floor employee. Great selection of products. Cashiers generally are always friendly. But I would like to see more as times there is a long wait to check out.
