We wanted to upgrade to an adjustable bed/mattress, but had just purchased a new bedroom set and were worried we couldn't make it work with our new bed frame. Charles and his team were awesome. They came to our home and helped us figure out how to make it work before we'd even made a purchase. When our new bed was installed, Charles himself stopped by to make sure all was well. This is the only place we will go for mattresses from now on. They were friendly, incredibly helpful, and made sure we got the best possible option within our budget. I can't recommend them enough.
Charles Foster provides the right no pressure shopping experience. If you are in the market to find the right mattress and/or bed system, Foster's is the store. Charles and his staff only want you to find the right mattress based upon your needs not their need to make a sale and commission. My wife and I bought our bed/mattress system and Foster's and are fundamentally pleased with the level of service they continue to provide us even after the sale.
Bought a new mattress for ourselves a few months back and it was a great experience! Friendly staff and so patient-- they are not pushy at all and we really appreciated that! We'll be going back very soon to get a mattress for my daughter. Wouldn't go anywhere else in town!
