I go here all the time with my wife and I have had many more positive experiences then negative. The world isn't perfect so I wouldn't expect it and that being said we love this place and will continue to go!
I don't know what was wrong, but I could find this place
The breakfast has gone downhill considerably over the last few months. They used to have everything you can think of for breakfast. Now the item have gotten smaller and lower quality. The omelets are nothing like they used to be and the people making them are not nearly as personable as they used to be. The food they have it still okay as long as you avoid the pastries. They are dry and only half as good it's something you would get from Little Debbie or hostess. If you have a coupon or discount from your players card it's worth it but I would not pay the full 1099 for the breakfast. Also you have to ask for your discount if you are a gold or platinum player they won't just put it on there even if you give them your card. And every single time they will act like they have no idea what you're talking about.
Went the the breakfast buffet found hair in the eggs. The mangers looked & claimed she couldn't find it and told us we had no idea what we were talking about that it wasn't hair in there. Plus all their food sucked! Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, biscuits were all hard as a rock. We will not be back.
Horrible service. Waiter didn't come for over 25 minutes to check on us or take our plates. We noticed there was no variety of food, along with most of the food being cold. While returning to the buffet to get a taco, they rung a very high pitched bell many were complaining about, just to say they had "fresh hot cookies." Went and tried one, cold. Another problem is the writing for the foods is unlegible. No one can read them and have to ask the cooks. Pizza had been cooked at 6 o'clock, and it is now 7:14pm. Overall, quite a terrible visit for the $18.75 pricing for each person.
