I have in the years of renting from AVIS have had an excellent experience with the cars and staff at AVIS at Waterloo airport, and cities I have flown into and rented.
The counter guy is the worst guy I have ever encountered. He's a snake who will try to cheat you out of every dollar he can and even put me in a smaller car than i booked and yelled at me for requesting a lower rate.

NOT pleased! Down graded to a smaller size than reservation Reservation for Ford Edge or similar. Received SantaFe which is the size of an Escape. An Edge was in the lot.
