Language barrier.
Rented a car online to pick up Saturday September 30th at 21:30. Got there to pick up the car and was told they didn't have any. I was told to come back the next day at noon and there would be a car for me with one day taken off at my original rental price. Showed up at noon, no one showed up until almost 12:30. Then they proceeded to tell me I couldn't have the car at the original price. Needless to say I didn't take the car. I will be calling the better business bureau.
Called to rent a car man on the phone was very rude was on the phone for about 20 mins for him to finally say sorry we are closed now.
