I made reservations online for a cargo van. I was told it was available but when we got there, they didn't have one. We had to take a small pickup and the mattress & box spring had to be tied down because they wouldn't fit. Fortunately, it didn't rain until on our way home after delivering them.
Store associate was helpful and very nice. Renting the car was super easy and didn't take long at all. Appreciate he did a "walk around" the car with me. Was on the road in less than 30 minutes after I arrived, thanks Enterprise! Great service!
My experience with Enterprise has been an excellent rental car service. Customer service is excellent and I had a problem with a vehicle while on vacation and Enterprise picked up the vehicle and brought me another vehicle and I thought that was superior service.
