These guys have great customer service and we're willing to help me. I was in to buy a foot massager and was debating between three of them. Two were out on display and one was not. I had JIM help me decide which one to get and he even opened up a new unit just so I could try it since they did not have that one on display yet. I decided on the HT-Reflex in the end! This store is awesome because they did not bother me every few minutes like in other stores. These guys let me use the machines for 30 minutes if not more, so I could decide what I wanted. They were not pushy to make a sale and this made it a good experience! I would definitely recommend this bed bath and beyond!
I like this place esp for wedding gifts. Really good merchandise at great prices.
