Not that good. No Sales people to talk with about purchase a dishwasher. A few customers roaming around the store, but know one to help you.
Bought a washer and dryer set from sears. And no sooner we got we have been having problems right and left with the washer. To where it leaks, and sounds like a helicopter taking off when its in a spin cycle. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from sears. Plus sears company don't want to do anything to fix the problem.
I've had mixed experiences picking up online orders and returns are a nightmare. It once took over an hour, and I had to walk several workers through the process. The Shop Your Way Rewards game is always an interesting one, but some good deals can be found with the a little luck. I haven't found the store itself a lot to look at.
The experience that i am writing about has to do with this website. I looked on here to find the store hours. On this particular day, it said that the Waterloo location was open until 10pm. At the same time,my husband happened to call the store and guess what, they are only open until 9pm! So glad we didnt make the trip up! Get your stories straight, Sears!!
