they screwed me over....first i never got my couch to the set i ordered. but i was still paying for it...then they screwed up my payment plan which messed up my entire account...dont go through them!

They wouldn't hook up our gas dryer so had to pay $180 to a plumber with service call to have it done because we needed it done in a hurry. Would've thought install was included as it has been when we've bought from Lowes, etc. Lesson learned though.

Communication is bad, they call and call and call and harass you until your sick of them. You can tell them you will call and pay your account on a certain date and on that date they are calling you by 10 am. I ordered parts for their merchandise I bought and 2 months later I have received nothing.
