Thanks to the Jeff and the staff for getting my Mom's phone updated and install apps.
We just added a line to our family plan. Ms. Hall helped us yesterday with picking a new phone. She worked through the issues and made sure we received the correct discounts. She also kept her promise when I went back today to remove my baby photos off an old smart phone so I could qualify for another discount. This went very fast and appreciate the time considerations.
Does NOT follow through with ANYTHING they say they will do for you on their commercials OR face to face in the store! The Waterloo, IA store on Sears St. LIED to me on 3 occasions when I called in trying to retrieve either of my two phones I ordered. I was ATTEMPTING to switch from Verizon because of all of their commercials selling these so called FACTS...... I ordered 2 phones on 9/16 they were delivered on 9/19 according to the person I talked to on 10/27 exactly 6 WEEKS from the time I originally ordered the phones. Now I am sitting here on hold getting the run around...... Sitting at 45 minutes so far! NO one wants to solve the problem and earn new business! If someone could do something you think they would reach out........ Absolutely horrible business practices! And I have NEVER wrote a negative review for any company as I know how bad these can look........ SAD!!!! Gave a 1 Star because I couldn't give lower......
