Nice furniture. Easy and affordable payments. Clearance room has lots of great finds. I got an awesome recliner for about $100 off and a $250 foot stool for $99.

My review is very similar to others. Went in and ordered 2 recliners. Just moved to a new house and we don't have any furniture. The basic idea was to get the chairs, take a look at the usable space, then go back and order the rest of the pieces. Called 2 weeks later to arrange delivery. This was a Monday. One chair was in and one chair is in Mississippi at the Warehouse. Cool! Will it be here this week? Truck comes on Friday and was told to call on Wednesday after 3 pm to see if it made it on the truck. I asked pointedly if they can make sure that the chair is on the truck. I was told they will send an email. I called Wednesday and it was not on the truck. So I headed there Thursday to pick up the one chair that was in. See, they won't deliver the order separately. I would have to pay another $89 to have it delivered. Remember, they told me 2 weeks. So now I'm in week 3. I called Wednesday and the chair is still not loaded on the truck for Friday. The chair exists, it's in the Warehouse, but they can't seem to find space or time to actually put it on the truck. Now I'm left with hoping they put it on next weeks truck. Did I mention they already have full payment? That's the catch, you pay with a certain expectation. They say 2 weeks, you want 2 weeks, but they just can't seem to back that up. Please remember, the chair is sitting in the Warehouse. Just can't seem to get them to put it on the truck.

Do not waste your time or money! We had two bad experiences in the past years ago but hoped that they had changed or got better since. So we went in and picked out a sectional we loved and ordered it, they told us they would have all pieces in 2-3 weeks except one of the outside reclining chairs that would be here in a month so we said we’ll wait to have it delivered until all of the pieces were in. A month later I call to check on our last piece and they tell me the armless chair (a middle piece that wasn’t missing in our original order) should be here next week. I call next week and they tell me it’s showing that it’s in transit, at this point we go ahead and schedule delivery for the following Saturday. They call on Friday verifying delivery for 6-8pm (yes 6-8pm) I call Saturday to make sure that the last piece was in, it was not! They were going to deliver our sectional without all of the pieces without even telling us! They recommended we keep delivery and when the last piece came in they would deliver it that day, we canceled and I’m glad we did. Called the following week when they opened to check on that last piece, apparently there was ‘glitch’ in the system and that was the reason it was showing in transit the week prior. The manager told me that he would email the warehouse and see when it planned on being here and call me back as soon as he heard back. Five o’clock and I still hadn’t heard from them so I call again and I’m informed that they’re not going to get the last piece in because they’re all damaged. So a month and a half later we still do not have furniture and are going elsewhere!

You have enough data at your disposal to properly locate my account and contact me. Writing a response to this review like you are adequately responding to my current situation is nothing more than an attempt to present yourself as a company that cares about your reputation. As of this moment I have not heard from the manager of the store. Who is very aware of the situation! I have had polite conversations with my salesperson Blake who seems to be the only one actually trying to remedy this. Thank you Blake! As for the rest of the people at Furniture Row who can actually do something about this, silence! So please, don't reply to posts. Get busy solving our problems!

Had good sale people. Had a seam come out, handle break got them repared. And then springs break got the chair replaced but the money i payed on it got taken off price of new chair. But as to good lasting qulitey and easy to clean that is not so good. But hope new one will have that
