I believe that Jerry's is the best furniture store in Northeast Iowa. Recently bought a house full of furniture with only a couple of issues which where handled within a reasonable amount of time. If you are a reasonable person, with reasonable expectations you will be very satisfied with Jerry’s Furniture, their costumer service or their product lines.
Had an honesty issue with this store:
We bought a dresser and he told us that he will give us a brand new one. We were surprised that he fixed the displayed item and delivered to us. The problem that most sellers don't know, people appreciate honesty and they are willing to buy refurbished items and still be loyal customers. I will never ever buy from this store again and if he cares about his reputation I challenge to contact me and I will be willing to delete this review.
