Fell for their promise of a 3 week time line for a fence install back on the 17th of October. Still waiting...Probably going to be longer since they did NOT send the gates with my order. Had an appointment to meet with installer but he was a no-show. Never received a text or phone call. I made arrangements to leave work to meet so I'm not thrilled about that. Trust me, I'll keep everyone posted.
Customer service was not a priority.
I am so thankful for Enver in the cabinets department. Since the time he appeared during my initial purchase, he has magically appeared each time I returned or called for additional parts for this project. This guy has success written all over him from his knowledge and dedication to his style and poise. Hvala!
Today we were in the store doing some shopping and every time we came across a store employee, they asked how they could help us( You just don't get that these days very often anyway). We decided to purchase a generator, and the box that the generator was in looked pretty bad so we asked them to open it and make sure everything was in good shape and all parts were accounted for. A big shout out to Derek and Dana for going above and beyond in customer service. Those boys put the generator together for us to make sure it was all there and then pushed it to the front of the store for us. Thank you Lowe's in Waterloo for making our shopping experience a good one!!!
