Frequently, their receptionist does not answer calls even during working hours. You see different provider on each visit (usually different then one you are suppose to). Some nurses don`t know how to check blood pressure. They don`t tell patient to hold urine before visit, but they want sample. Some providers don`t keep eye contact, don`t help patient to and from the exam table. They rush through the visit to see more patients...
Great care but they have never once been on time for anything. If you schedule an appointment at 10, don't expect to be seen before at least 11. Takes a minimum of 2 hours for even a routine check-up.
