Thomas Day is personable, knowledgeable, and a Cub fan. What more could a customer expect? Spending a lot of money for a bed isn't much fun for most people, but Thomas made our experience enjoyable because he was helpful without being pushy. Prices are excellent, and we know that because we compared Midwest with dozens of stores online and in person. And delivery and setup are free. We would recommend Thomas and Midwest Mattress highly...and we don't even have to sleep on it. But we will--for years to come.
He was very knowledgable in what he was selling. Had both my kids with me and he still made the buying process easy.

We were greeted very warmly at Midwest Mattress. As it was a return visit, my husband and I were pleased to find our second experience with this company confirmed the first one was not a 'fluke'. Our salesman, Thomas, was the perfect balance of confident and informative without being pushy. His knowledge of their company and their product(s) was impressive and refreshing. It appears this company trains their employees well and that they keep the customer in mind as they are making the sale. We will most likely return in the fall for another mattress need, and are looking forward to it.
Great experience at the Waterloo store! I got a queen size mattress, twin size mattress, protectors for both, AND a pillow with delivery for the same amount I would have spent on just a queen with delivery at a competing store. The part that sold me though was the 1 year comfort guarantee on the mattresses!! Cant beat that!! Thanks Midweat Mattress!!
