Terrible service, food is sub par. The margaritas are weak to the point that you feel like you're just drinking mixer. Have only been there when friend's decide to hold social occasions and always hope the experience will be different always to leave disappointed.
Actually a nice atmosphere, plenty of TV'S and comfy seating, cant remember having bad service, would go to a fith star if they btought back pappas (mexi-mashed-potatoes), yes they were probably some simple instant mash but dont care, they were amazing
Food had no flavor and because of allergies I ordered fajita meat enchiladas and got chicken. Refried beans cook till they were a brick. Service was good.
We love Carlos when we eat in the restaurant but when we order it to go it is the WORST meal. I order extra sauce and it seems that they do not put any sauce on the burrito itself tonight there wasn't any cheese in the middle of the burrito only on the ends and it was very dry and they charge 1.99 for a little tiny bit of sauce. So basically I paid extra to just have regular amount of sauce. It's too bad because we really like their food when made correctly seems they do not care about the to go orders.
Visited the new location within the first few weeks of it opening, the service was slow and my margarita was watered down. The best part was when we got our food....my boyfriend ordered the meal version of nachos but got the appetizer, he got over it; he was hungry. I ordered a chicken burrito, took two bites and bit down on something HARD. Spit it out on my napkin, poked around and wa-la......a pee size gravel rock. As if of off someone's shoes, I was disgusted and convinced my food had at some point landed on the floor! I called the waitress over and explained, asked her to take my food; I no longer had an appetite. She said to get the manager and walked away, manager came over - seemed reluctant to believe me, picked through my food with her bare hands, making a comment about being able to wash her hands. Barely apologized, came back with two $2 off dinner certifications.....left money and the certificates on the table. I wasn't asking for a free meal once I had already eaten most of it, I didn't even want it remade. Used to be a favorite of mine, it's changed greatly since their move.
