Crappy service. Chips that are marked out of date in view of customers. Long wait times for a fast food restaurant. Has gone downhill terribly in the last few years. Run out of product typically.
They were severely understaffed for some reason but the crew of 3 that showed up to work today rocked it. Very friendly and very apologetic for our wait time. Great service makes all the difference between a good and bad experience! Great job today... and btw the food was awesome as usual.
There was no ice in my drink and they forgot one of my tacos. It seems like no matter what they always mess up on something. I knew I should have went to Wendy's.
Very accommodating staff here. The building could use some freshening up, but otherwise, it’s fine.
This place has gone down the drain! Bathrooms were disgusting, no one checked on them every 30 min like sign says, employees rude, hollering back and forth, arguing over who should take our order. The pop machine leaking water all over, lemonade was out, asked them to change, waited for 10 min. Then asked if changed it, same guy hollered at another " we got any lemonade?" She yelled back NO, been out, you know that. So I'm wondering why no sign, or why he didn't find that out and report back to us. Every table was filthy, garbage in lobby was over flowing, and it was not busy in there. Horrible employees. Cedar falls from now on!
