People weren't allowed in the examination room, so he could do whatever he wanted to them. I worked there years ago, so maybe now people can go in there. But if you can't, I wouldn't take your animal there.
The staff at Klima are great. They take great care of my pets and they always call to check up after they have been in. Their service is fantastic and I would suggest them to anyone
I used to work there and I've seen Dr. Chuck Klima hit dogs in the examination room when they don't listen to him. With his fist, on their heads.
I love Klima and the care they have given to my Cockerspaniel the past 6yrs. When they call us about him with they talk about him with our last name which makes it so personal to us. I also know he will be cared for when left at the kennel if he would happen to get sick. Thank you KLIMA!
