My cat is very ill. They were unable to diagnose him correctly. Dr. Thomas waited a full business day to call me back, knowing my cat is probably dying (and I asked to be called back before eod), and called at the end of the NEXT business day leaving a message and left me hanging on a weekend.
I've use this vet clinic for all my pets in the past. This is the first time I have experienced such lack of concern and compassion.
This place is great. The dogs got shots, the addressed my concerns, I've had cats put down due to old age. They have a great groomer, too. And not so expensive!
I took my cat to a second doctor who did repeat blood work and gave me more options to work with. I hope my cat's health improves and does not have permanent liver damage.
Been going here for the last 10years with my previous and current pet. Always friendly and the vet is great. Had a couple mishaps were they gave me meds for current pet based on previous pets weight.
Love this place, they are so caring and really take the time to listen to make sure your pet gets the care they need
Been using these guys for over 12 years with multiples dogs! My parents still use them to this day. When I moved out and got dogs of my own I went straight to them.. My dog (mostly parents) Doodle was dying and sick they help take care and nurse him to health, he ALWAYS had someone looking at him to make sure he was okay. they are SO understanding nice and caring! words could not describe it... i almost lost Doodle and they saved him. I can never thank them enough.
I do not recommend their services for animals with serious health problems.
